Hi everyone!!!

Last day of week 1 of strength rotation with Legs & Glutes.
The week went by pretty fast, no DOMs (of course I backed down a little with my poundage) and I'm really looking forward to next week's combos of Pyramid and Pure Strength... and not that many cardios in the afternoon... :)

4DS Bi/Tri, Legs & Core today

I think the legs can almost count as cardio. It reminds me of Legs & Glutes, I always sweat a ton with that one too.
