SH Chest/Back today. I read my weights wrong, and ended up lifting about 4 pounds heavier than I was planning. I guess I was ready for it, though.

Hey guys - today (ahhhhhhh) is my rest day - and boy did I need it. In an attempt to keep up with my goals, I really gave it my all for the two upper body GS workouts. And now I'm paying for it (in a good way).
So - listen to this....My AC is on the fritz and the repair guys won't be here until Friday. Summer just got a little hotter. Coni (that's my wife) did one of Cathe's cardio blasts just a little while ago. She's braver - and clearly more hardcore - than I :)

Ben - nice going my friend!! Isn't bumping the weight always fun?

Hmmm.... I thought 2day's workout was easy for a reason... Just Pyramid + MM Shoulders plus Core Max #3...
Because 2morrow is cardio killer day!!!

The weather is getting hotter here, too, but I rarely use my AC. Just lots of water throughout the workouts.

30 minutes of cardio, followed by abs. In addition, went for a great fitness walk along the seawall with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean, very cool.
