Go morning guys! Happy Friday.
Well...recovery week is winding to a close and I'm getting a little eager to fire things up again. A 40 minute run today (steady state...not trying to break any records) should suffice.

Easing back into knee stuff. I'm thinking Low Max with a low 6" step. And if it feels okay, I'll raise it to 8".
