Hi Cathe and team!
I would definitely purchase a workout book, similar to the STS guide, that listed the exercises in Cathe's workouts with places where I could keep track of the weight used. I have handwritten notes on what weights I use for each workout, but it would be so nice to have one workbook that included all of Cathe's strength and circuit workouts. It might generate additional interest in some of the older strength and circuit workouts, too. Thanks for the consideration! Dawn

Love this idea! I have printouts in a binder but this would be even better...and a great way to get people to want to buy workouts they don't have. I guess it could go the opposite way though - people would use this and not buy the workouts, but that would be difficult at best.
