weight circuits

I would love to see mix n match timed interval weight circuits and tabata cardio conditioning segments consisting of things like kettlebell swings, burpees, etc on one dvd so you could pick one of each (or more depending on your preference) to create your own workout.
 
I would like a weight circuit on a similar format as original Bootcamp. 1 minute weight 1 minute short burst cardio.
A tabata for upper body. May be more heavy bag or something new for upper body. :)
