I know many of you want Cathe to do workouts using new equipment (kettlebells, bosu etc) but sheesh, how much more equipment do we all really need? What with our steps, risers, high steps, barbells and weight plates, gazillion dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, heavy bag....where do you all find the room to store all this stuff? Cathe, please don't make any dvds that require more equipment - we don't all have loads of storage space at home.

I personally have a large bedroom and a basement that I use for my fitness equipment. I may not be the norm, but I've also had a small 1 bdrm apt and made it work as well.
Variety is the spice of life. So many of us ask for these things as other instructors don't have the same "pull" as she does. I love her cueing, persona, music, and workouts and I have a hard time finding that in a workout DVD AND getting a workout that I feel is challenging. You and others may not want more equipment but like with STS, some used the new pieces and others made do with the equipment modifications. The same can and could be done sith a bosu, kettlebells, ect. Some of us are very lucky to have literally a fun gym's worth of equipment at home...we want some DVDs to go with it. |

I agree with both of you
.There are some pieces of equipment I'd like more workouts for (rebounder, for example), but I don't want workouts that require equipment I don't already have. The happy medium, if there is one, is that Cathe comes out with several workouts at a time, and an upcoming series could contain, say, 2 rebounder workouts as well as other workouts not requiring non-standard equipment, so we can order just those that appeal to us. (Though I really don't find the idea of a Cathe kettlebell workout appealing, unless she gets some kind of certification, and uses real kettlebells, not the Fitby Cathe 'medballs with handles')
