How about another Circuit Workout styled like Low Impact Circuit...something longer that easily splits up into a Total body workout & a step routine or kickbox cardio?
I just reviewed that one the other day, even though I should know it by heart! And a request for Katy Perry's "Fire Work" as the repeating chorus: "Boom, Boom, Boom....you're brighter than the moon, moon, moon!" "Baby you're a fire work, come on show 'em what you're worth!" It would be so much fun.....  Linda
