I use the Heavy Bag segment as an add-on quite a bit. It would be wonderful to have another--for variety and to get more use out of my bag. How about KPC 2 with a Heavy Bag segment?

More Heavy Bag Workouts There is interest in it, I hope Cathe will produce workouts for the Heavy Bag. Great suggestion! Janie
