Full body workouts with less/no equipment
|

Examples:
-a total body workout using a bosu, a body bar and gliders (paper plates), or similar Cathe products. (this workout exists btw but I would prefer Cathe as the instructor).
-workouts using only body weight such as pushups and planks, squats and lunges, pullups and chinups, - could use equipment found around the house (chair etc).
-all band workout using bands of varying intensity and lengths; could sell a package of bands to go with (fire walkers + short bands + long bands + looped bands, etc)
