When I began doing Cathe Workouts: Feb 2008

How I found out about Cathe Workouts: I first became aware of Cathe when I purchased the mini step at a local retailer. It came with Basic Step and within 1 month of that purchase I began trying her advanced workouts including the Imax's and the Hardcore Series.

Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: I have yet to find any other in-home DVD that can provide me with the heavy strength that I love. I have HUNDREDS of fitness DVDs, including strength and cardio, but Cathe's to me, are the best on the market.

Where I work out most often: Both Home & Gym

Other Workout DVDs that I own: Literally over 300 in my collection! Some of what you would find in my catalog are: Tracey Staehle Leslie Sansone The Firm Turbo Jam Ana Caban's Pilates Element's Yoga and Pilates DVDs Debra Mazda/Shapely Girl Fitness Gilad ect...

My Fitness Goals: To regain my lost strength! 2 recent knee surgeries in late 2009/early 2010 has left my muscle endurance and lower body strength minimal. My cardio endurance has also suffered from mobility issues related to the surgies. I want to get back to a level of physical fitness that allows me to do all of the intense as well as fun-low key activities of my choice without huffing and puffing or aching. I also want to be able to improve my balance and overall functional fitness and muscle control in my stabilizer muscles. Heading to an island in the South Pacific in March 2011. I have a lot to get done before then!

Bosu DVD?

Perhaps a DVD that uses a Bosu? What a challenge that could present with cardio, weights, and core!!

When I began doing Cathe Workouts: Several years ago.

How I found out about Cathe Workouts: Bought a VHF tape at at second hand store. It was a Cathe tape "Maximum Intensity Cardio". Since then, I've been a Cathe fan for life.

Why I love doing Cathe Workouts: Cathe's workouts have changed my body image and my self confidence forever. I encourage everyone I know to workout with Cathe, and the proof is me.
