Topic - Favorite warm ups.

One poster said she always wished Cathe would put out a DVD of just her warm ups, they're the best. I like them too.

That would make a terrific greatest hits DVD.

Cathe's warm ups. I agree, even when I'm doing other workouts it would be great to have DVD with an assortment of Cathe warm up medleys.

I like that so much if Cathe doesn't make one, I might have to make my own!

You must have read the same thread I did on the other site. Maybe if enough of us ask for it she'll do it? One can only hope.
