I find typical crunches too easy at this point, but find things like pikes on the ball and endless planks too tough and sometimes too tough on the wrists.

I'd love something in btwn, or a tougher twist on more classical ab exercises such as holding a 4-6 lb med ball or something like that to add intensity to everything. Or holding a weight and combining something like a russian twist with a bicycle move while holding a weight. Or decline ab work on the step. I'd like the entire ab routine to be that way not just a few moves, and something longer, more of a 20-30 minute ab workout. The core is so important and I feel it should be its own body part not just an "add-on" at the end of a workout. Maybe a CoreMax #2 with 3 20minute workouts or 2 30min workouts.
