I can only work 5 days a week... I really tried to add the 6th day and I seem to just get super tired and have no energy.
I want to do 2 weeks to shock my body. I am now doing a mix of circuit/cardio/full body/legs rotation. So how about 2 weeks of the following: Day1: Upper ME (40 min) + 25 min cardio Day2: Lower ME (40 min) + 25 min cardio Day3: 1h cardio Day4: Upper Pyramid Premix of Up Only (40 min) + 25 min cardio Day5: Lower Pyramid Premix of Up Only (40 min) + 25 min cardio I want to loose weight. But I need to shock my body a bit. I feel that this will do it since I rarely work upper intensely. And I like doing lower twice a week. And I am getting the cardio. Example of cardio will be HIIT, or step only or Step, Jump and Pump or step segment of BM2 or any parts of Cathe's workouts. I guess the 4DSplit serie cardios will be a great option 2. any opinions, suggestions? do i need more 1 hr cardios? thx |

I'm exactly like you. I can only do 5 days a week. If i do 6 my 6th day is just yoga. Anyways, I think your rotation looks great. I may try it sometime down the line. I think as long as your eating is good, this will give you great results. I don't think you need more longer cardio sessions. I say make your higher intensity cardios on your lower body days as they can work your lower body hard so that gives your legs a rest on your upper body days which I would pair with a lower cardio workout. Please keep us posted on how it workouts out
