What about this rotation?

Cathlete
Mon = Step Blast OR Step, Jump & Pump
Tues = Step Combo only of Low Max OR another 45 min cardio & Abs
from Buts & Guts
Wed = Gym style legs and one of the upper body premixes from
Muscle Max (worried about time here)
Thurs = Premix from Cardio Fusion
Fri = REST
Sat = Buts & Guts and upper body portion of MM OR PUB (once I get
it)& Abs from Buts & Guts
Sun = Premix from cardio Fusion OR another 45 min Cardio


I'm trying to do enough cardio for body fat loss but at the same time, focus on legs and core. Also, how would I make a rotation maybe doing upper body 1 day and lower body 1 day but going all out with each one. Would working them only once per week be enough? At max, I have 90 min per day to work out. I like to get it over with in the AM.
