Hey all,
I'm looking to drop 15 lbs so I need a rotation for cardio, but I love my weight dvds and don't want to stop that. I'm looking for a good mix that would help me lose the 15lbs and still give me my "weight fix" I haven't been working off a rotation and I find that when I try to make up my own stuff, I don't do it as consistently as when I follow one of Cathe's rotations. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!!! Thx! Cheryl |

I don't know what Cathe's dvds you own or how much time you have to workout every day? Index of Cathe Rotations June 10' - (CatheNation Links) You can find more Cathe's older rotations if you go to the top of the video & dvd rotation page. Last year I did the 8.5 month and the 3.5 month rotation. I love STS. Hope this helps and good luck ![]()

I relate to your thread. Working out both cardio on daily routine has worked the best for me. I have truly gained results. *What type of cardio do you prefer? If you prefer long steady pace cardio, I must warn you Hiit has proven to be the best for fat loss. *How long do you work per day/week *Do you prefer split weight workout or total body? * What cathe DVD's do you own at the moment?
