Default Specific work outs each week rotation

I was in the process of getting my next few weeks of rotations written up in my work out shedule and I had an idea: BUT, as always, I like to get everyone's advice on doing a specific work out rotation like this.
Basically my idea is to do this: Kickbox only one week. Cardio only the next week.
Cardio and weights the week after. Then a yoga/stretch week which would look like what I have below. I know this 'kind of' follows the P90X type format, but,,, just need an opnion is all. Would there be any added benefits to doing something like this ??

WEEK 1. / Kickbox only
Mon. KPC-cardio cond , seg, 1 &2, plus abs Tues. Stretchmax
Wed. Kickmax-Kickbox-Bootcamp Challenge premix
Fri. 4DS-Kickbox only with abs
Sat. KPC-kick & punch premix with L&G standing leg drills
Sun: Kickmax -low impact timesaver

WEEK.2 / Cardio only
Mon.IMAX3
Tues.KPC-Cardio Cond.
Wed.SJP-Step Hi/Lo premix with abs
Thurs.Stretchmax
Fri. Kickmax-Kickbox-Bootcamp challenge
Sat. IMAX2
Sun. Stretchmax

WEEK.3 / Cardio & Weights week
Mon.Bootcamp
Tues.SJP
Wed.4DS-Bootcamp with Bi's & tris
Thurs. Stretchmax
Fri. 4DS-Highstep- Chest & Back plus shoulders & abs from Lo Step.
Sat. Bootcamp ( warm up & cardio only premix ) plus Muscle Endurance
Sun. Stretchmax

WEEK.4 / Stretch & yoga
Mon. Stretchmax seg.1
Tues. Yoga
Wed.Stretchmax seg.2
Thurs. Yoga
Fri. Stretchmax seg 3
Sat.yoga
Sun: OFF

Thanks again,
Morgs

One benefit would be that you'll polish your kickboxing form. In addition, if you're enjoying your rotation, the enthusiasm it generates will be great for you both mentally and physically.
