Questions about the March 07' Intermediate Rotation...............

Hello
Im starting this rotation tommorrow and I don't have a couple of the workouts listed like...

Pyramid upperbody or lowerbody
cardio & Weights
push pull
cross train express kickbox
cardio kicks

Can anybody suggest what I can subsitute(sp)for these?

I own.....
Low Impact Circuit
Kick punch crunch + Legs and Glutes
Low impact step
Basic step
Body fusion
power hour
body max
Maximum Intensity strength
total body strecthing

And I have Body max 2 on the way!
(Im also posting this in the Ask Cathe Rotation)

I don't know if you received an answer but here's my input.


WEEK ONE:

Mon: Low Impact Circuit

Tues: Kick, Punch, and Crunch

Wed: Pyramid Lower Body- Sub MIS lower body or L&G

Thurs: Low Impact Step

Fri: Pyramid Upper Body-Sub MIS upper body or BM/BM2 UB

Sat: 35 MINUTE WALK/RUN plus 5 minute basic stretch for muscles used

Sun: OFF


WEEK TWO:

Mon: Cardio and Weights- Sub BM2(C&W premix) or LIC

Tues: 40 minute indoor or outdoor cycle ride

Wed: Push Pull- MIS

Thurs: Cross Train Express Kickbox (EVERYTHING EXCEPT BICEPS)Sub KPC (cardio conditioning premix)

Fri: Body Fusion

Sat: 30 min. all brisk walk plus segment one from Stretch Max

Sun: OFF


WEEK THREE:

Mon: Maximum Intensity Strength

Tues: Cardio Kicks- Sub KPC

Wed: Cardio and Weights- Sub LIC

Thurs: OFF

Fri: Step portion of Step, Jump& Pump right into SUPER SETS- Sub Body Fusion

Sat: 35 MINUTE WALK/RUN

Sun: Seg 2 Coremax plus Seg one Total Body Stretching


WEEK FOUR:

Mon: Kick Punch & Crunch

Tues: Power Hour

Wed: 40 minute indoor/outdoor cycle ride

Thurs: Low Impact Circuit

Fri: Warm up plus 1st step section of Step Heat followed by 1st section of Step Max, followed by step portion of Step Jump and Pump and fast forward into the S,J,P stretch.

Sat: Muscle Endurance- Sub PH if you don't have ME

Sun: OFF

What does this mean:

Fri: Step portion of Step, Jump & Pump right into SUPER SETS

I have the SJ&P/SB, but haven't used it yet.

Hi Beth,

Use the step section of SJP then use the Super Sets workout. At least that is how I read it.

And Im loving the rotation,think I'll try and follow her rotations from now on! I may need to get a few more workouts though}( !;-)
