Never too many but confused!

Hi Cathe,

I have started 6 months ago to train using your DVD's and I love it. I bought a lot of them and try to use all of them. I have So far, I have trained mainly using the Xtrain series. I find the 90 days rotation very beneficial and great. I have completed a full cycle rotation and I could see an improvement. I would like to keep using the Xtrain series and also would like to include the other DVDs I have: Too the Max, afterburn, HIIT, bootcamp, 4 days series,... and will receive pretty soon the new DVDs you're working on. My question is: If I do the 90 days rotation, can I include other workouts in between and keep working on the 90 days rotation? I will probably take 2 week to complete a full week. What do you suggest?
