me too!
i dropped my daily food down to about 20% of cal from fat. that's helping. Thanks Kathryn!
She also suggested 2 or 3 total body w/o each week. working the whole body increases the cal. burn, and likely the metabolism too.

Since June I took butter out of my diet and some sugar. Replaced it with avacado and olive oil only. Still have bread, chocolate and cookies but not that much. Eat lots of salads loaded with all different color veggies.

Workouts during the week are KPC (holding 2 lb DB's), LIC, Drill Max, Kick Max, Imax 2 and Cathe's other step routines. Weekends, I lift heavy in the gym...Deadlifts, 135-185, Front Squats, Blast straps, kettle bells.

The combination has really worked (circuit type workouts with some heavy lifting....removing sat. fat and sugar from diet) I have never seen my hips come down like this before. The diet is not fun, but effective. I must stress that I do not completely remove food groups from my nutrution. I just don't believe in that.

Good luck, remember nutrition and exercise together gets the best results.
