My rotation for leaning out....advice.

Ok,...so I will have gone through 6 weeks of all weights with 2 days cardio and am thinking of this for my next rotation for leaning out more. Rotation experts please let me know how this looks. Thanks.

M: Bodymax2 bonus cardio 2x + GS Chest + Abs
T: Amy Bento Kickbox Extreme + GS Triceps
W: Cardio fusion + GS Shoulders
Th: 40 minute run/walk + GS Back + Abs
Fr: Imax2 + Biceps
Sat: Butts n Gutts
Sun: REST

Perhaps you are young enough to do that many workouts in a week. I certainly can't. I worry about over doing it. You can take or leave this, but here is what I would do to lean out.

M: Bodymax 2 bonus cardio 2x then, 30min. stairclimber or step that night
T: GS Chest Triceps and an ab w/o
W: Cardio Fusion, then a fast 30 min. walk that night
Th: B&G (it has ab work in it)
F: Amy Bento Kickbox Extreme, then 30 min. treadmill or jog that night
S: GS Back Biceps & Shoulders and an ab w/o
S: Rest (you deserve it)

IMO, I like to keep my workouts for cardio and weight training seperate in one day. I feel I might loose muscle if I do cardio in the same day. And I've worked too hard to do that. But then others do what you are doing. It's your call.
