Help with February Rotation

Hello all... I'd love to have your input in my Feb rotation. I had to modify it a bit because I don't have all of the Cathe's DVDs. I was also trying to fit yoga once a week. I used the Turbo Jams instead of the Cathe's kickboxing or other cardio. I'm doing yoga when she calls for 45 min. running. How does it looks like? Note the modifications follow the slash and **.

WEEK ONE

Mon....Body Max 2
Tues....Low Max
Wed....Step, Jump,Pump/ **LIC**
Thurs...45 minute interval run or cycle ride / **Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3/ Spinning or Yoga????**
Fri....Leaner Legs/**Premix time saver legs #5**
Sat....OFF
Sun...Drill Max


WEEK TWO

Mon....45 min steady state run/**Yoga**
Tues....Body Max 1/**Cardio & Weights or Body Max 2**
Wed....Cardio Kicks/**Turbo Jam Kick Punch Jam**
Thurs....Butts and Guts
Fri....Cardio Fusion in entirety (if possible)/ **Cardio Party 3 or Body Max 2 cardio pre-mix**
Sat...Low Impact Circuit
Sun..OFF


WEEK THREE

Mon...Power Hour/**Jari Love Get ripped or Push/Pull**
Tues...45 minute interval run or cycle ride/**Yoga**
Wed....Muscle Endurance/ **Turbo Sculpt**
Thurs....Imax 3/**Imax 2**
Fri....Boot Camp/**Drill Max**
Sat...OFF
Sun...Legs and Glutes/**Butts and Gutts**


WEEK FOUR

Mon...KPC/**Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3**
Tues...Cardio and Weights
Wed...Low Impact Step/**Turbo Jam Body Blast with Ball**
Thurs....High Step Challenge/**LIC**
Fri...OFF
Sat....Muscle Max/**Supersets**
Sun....Maximum Intensity Cardio/**Body Max 2 Cardio Blast Pre-mix**

I just realized that I have to sub a lot of these even though I have about 10 Cathe's DVds.

Carla, this looks good but I think I'd add in another full body workout each week. At least for upper body. Resistence training is important, especially when wanting to shed pounds.

Thanks for your replies.... As far as strengh training I only have Cathe SuperSets/Push and Pull.

If I had to pich one Cathe's strengh training what DVD would that be???

Gym Style's hands down. But with this type of rotation you want to something like Power Hour or Muscle Endurance. Either one is an awesome workout.

Are you talking about doing the TJ workouts in addition to other stuff that day (like week 4 on Monday)? That's doing like 2 hours of cardio! Or were you saying which one of those would be better? I have all of the TJ workouts...even the ball ones....and am deperately trying to develop a rotation. I only have 4 Cathe Dvds.

No I'm only planning on doing turbo jam that day, instead of what Cathe's suggests!!!!

What Cathe's DVds do you have?
 
I have Low Max, Cardio Fusion, Muscle Max and Butts and Guts. I plant to get more but don't think I'll have a complete rotation any time soon.
