Hi FitnessFreak,
I just want to Thank you for all your Rotation, they are ALL WONDERFUL!!!

Would you be able to recommend a good rotation for ECTO body type?
I just printed out your One-Body part a Day Rotation, would this be a good one to start with?

I tend lose weight very easily, so I try to only do 2-3 (tops) cardio workouts a week...Normally 2, HIIT and 1 Steady State.
I am slowly starting to see some definition in my arms (with the help of Clean Eating), but NO muscle, I know it's their somewhere.

Any suggestions?

Hi Jennifer,
Yes, that rotation would do good for you. Keep your cardio to a minimum. I'm talking about 3 - 30 min. workouts a week. Concentrate on lifting and lifting HEAVY. Good luck to you!

I would also like to thank you for the time and dedication you spend organising the rotations. I'm in the UK and I love to print off your rotations and study them. Hopefully soon I'll decide which one to start lol .

With so many good rotations its so difficult to decide on the best one. I'm one of those people who keeps changing their mind.

Anyway I just wanted to take this opportunity of thanking you for all your time and work compiling the rotations.
