Sun: Power Hour

WEEK THREE:

Monday: MIC
Tues: Cardio and Weights
Wed: Pyramid Lower Body
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Circuit Max
Sat: OFF
Sun: Boot Camp

WEEK FOUR:

Monday: Step Works
Tuesday: Imax 1
Wed: Power Hour
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Pyramid Upper
Sat: Imax 2
Sun: Strong Legs and Abs
 
Mariah, I took a better look at this rotation and came up with these changes.

Week #2 I'd switch Power Hour with Body Max. You have too many cardio's all in a row there. With Week #3 I'd switch PLB with C&W and take Boot Camp out and put a total body workout in there. With Week #4 I'd switch Strong Legs & Abs with Power Hour.
