Anyone willing to look @ my rotation?

I took at stab at a rotation by substituting the wo's I have into an existing rotation....my goal is to lose body fat...I have 40lbs to lose in total but hope to lose between 6-8lbs by end of the rotation. I am an intermediate exerciser. I would love for you experts to critique and advise on any improvements.

Week 1
Mon: All Step
Tue: 45 minute elliptical
Wed: High Step Circuit
Thu: 30 min interval run,10 min abs,stretch
Fri: off
Sat: GS legs timesaver #2,20 min ss run
Sun: GS BSB timesaver,20 min ss run

Week 2
Mon: All Step
Tue: Imax2
Wed: PH
Thu: 40 min steady state run/abs/stretch
Fri: off
Sat: High Step Challenge
Sun: 30 min interval run,10 min abs,stretch

Week 3
Mon: C&W
Tue: GS legs timesaver #2,20 min ss run
Wed: Imax2
Thu: HS Circuit
Fri: off
Sat: 40 min steady state run/abs/stretch
Sun: All Step

Week 4
Mon: MIS
Tue: Imax1
Wed: RS
Thu: PH
Fri: 30 min ss run
Sat: 30 min ss run
Sun: off

I have an elliptical machine and stairmaster plus great running paths near my house. These are the wo's I have:

I think it looks good but on week 1 I would switch Tuesday and Saturday. Do GS Legs on Tuesday and the cardio on Saturday.

Other than that, it looks good to me.

Can't say that I'm an expert on rotations, but it looks good to me, too. Like you, my goal is to burn fat, so please do let us know what kind of results you get with this one.

I am just finishing P90X and have taken my first stab at creating a rotation of my own. I'd like to post it, too, for feedback.
