Today was my first day of 2nd week. I could do most of push up now, though most of it still on knees. But at least I could finish the numbers of rep. Not like last week, most of time I had to stop around 8.
But my 1RM test for this disc weight was not good. I had to change or adjust many of them. They were too heavy. I guess I pushed really hard last week. My body was tired. Hopefully, by end of this cycle, I could feel stronger.
