Ok, I rocked my workout this morning. I did the itrain 45 minute "Tush". Was great. Then followed that with a leg workout.
Did 4 sets of leg presses, 30-15 reps, followed by 4 sets of calf raises...then 4 sets supersetted seated leg curls with leg extensions, then I did lying bridges with a 45 pounder on my hips. Oy vey!
I could have done more but thought it might be overkill, isn't it funny how your legs can really take so much? Well, at least mine can, I have very strong German thighs I think, and I literally have to beat them up in order to feel any DOMS!

I can relate to the german thighs! I used to HATE leg day, but now I love it. It's amazing how much they can take.

More power to ya, Tneah. I think I have weak legs--yeah they are stronger than my arms, but pretty flimsy compared to other Catheites. Great job rockin' that workout!
