AF has slowed dwon, but feeling drained, so a light workout is in order today. Be back later to record what I actually did.

This is new stuff for me folks. I am a writer though, so it shouldn't be too difficult right? Please keep in mind I have an editor though, and he is very good at correcting my typing errors and use of the English language!

Not sure how to start off...today was a no-workout day for me. Auntie Flo is here, what an old fashioned way to say "period", but anyway, I have really, really bad ones.
Needless to say working out is the very last thing I want to...
