Saturday's Workout Kicked Arse-sorta

I am bad at blogging, I write my workouts here instead of teaching myself the workout manager cause I be one lazy arse bee-otch.
Anyway, I am in love with kettlebells, really I am. I can see myself doing these for a long time and really getting alot out of these workouts, they just "fit" me for some reason.
Today I did Providence--more weight training-like if you can call it that. The 3 minute snatch thingys wiped me out, I had to do them with my 15 pounder instead of 20, but thats cool, I am a newbie at this.
Then I rode the stationary bike for 45 minutes, steady state, all in all a very good workout week. I did kettlebells 4 times, cardio 6 times and legs seperate on Friday. *pats self on sore lats* yeah me! Tomorrow is a cheat/rest day...yippee!
