This is new stuff for me folks. I am a writer though, so it shouldn't be too difficult right? Please keep in mind I have an editor though, and he is very good at correcting my typing errors and use of the English language!

Not sure how to start off...today was a no-workout day for me. Auntie Flo is here, what an old fashioned way to say "period", but anyway, I have really, really bad ones.
Needless to say working out is the very last thing I want to do...it should slow down and be okay tomorrow.

We are spending our summer in San Diego on our boat with our Newfoundland, Georgie. So far, so good. Its alot cooler here then in Las Vegas (where we reside most of the year) and I love the water. I also have access to a small gym up the street which is nice, although, I do miss my Cathe workouts.
I have room to do some workouts though in our master bedroom, so I brought Coremax, stretchmax and some yoga tapes along. I also can do (believe it or not) kettlebells. So thanks to the lovely Leanne, I bought a few workouts and a set of 15 pounders. Fun workouts, I will be doing these alot I think. I get bored pretty easy, I lasted about 3 days with that Red Carpet Ready Workout--ugh. I like the Versalides though.

Weird dream last night: I read tarot cards, and I had a dream about a deck I used to own called the Thoth deck. Its a really powerful tool this deck, I lost mine in our last move, and last night I had a dream I was looking for a new deck and saw this one on a shelf sitting with a bunch of other decks, and it sorta jumped out at me. Strange. Have to get it again and start using them.
