Day 33 - February 2, 2009

Sitting here on the computer trying desperately to avoid going into the kitchen and eating Pringles and ice cream. My brain says "No" but that hasn't always stopped me in the past. 
Workout today was Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets Cardio Blast and Leaner Legs abs. Patting myself on the back for not going back to bed instead of working out. I wanted to, trust me. Once I got going I was okay. {Sigh} Isn't that always the case? That getting started is the hardest part?
Eating was under control today. 1750 calories according to FitDay. How do the Biggest Loser contestants survive on 1200 calories a day when they workout 6 hours a day? I would be STARVING if I tried that!
Off to watch a little TV before bed. Might need to wear my sweatpants to bed again. I've been freezing at night and DH goes to bed later than I do.
