I just realized that since we've taken the house off the market it has really gone to hell. Knobs in the kitchen are sticky, the mud room actually has mud in it. I have started leaving the clean laundry out on our bar stools because I'm too lazy to take it upstairs. I had the kitchen taken apart while a backsplash was installed, and I've never put it back together again. There's a fruit basket somewhere around here that is probably going to be really gross when I find it.

Workout Blog for Beginners/Intermediates: Wednesday July 22, 2009.

Today is an in-between day between STS days. I want to take it easy (physically and mentally), so I do an easy step tape:

1. Diane Springstead "One Step Beyond" (1992).
-- warmup 9 1/2 munites
-- stepping 28 1/2 minutes

I skip a fairly tough abs section, and do 5 minutes of my own stretching. Total session time, about 43 minutes.

The stepping is basic, except for a "weaving" section at the end with, say, an intermediate...

I am so unmotivated right now!

I am supposed to start STS with my hubby on Monday and I am just NOT feeling it. I don't even feel like cardio.

I was doing so well, and now I am starting to fall off the wagon. This is the same thing that happens to me every time and I don't know how to stop it.

If anyone has the secret to staying on track please let me know.

And I should also add that I have no will power. None. I deny myself nothing, which...
