I'm all happy today because I have seen this week that my fitness level has started to improve!!! All that hard work is paying off. Some days are better than others but overall I am able to do more than I could when I started back into exercising nine weeks ago.
I just completed today's workout: Cathe's Low Max. It's 70 minutes of step aerobics - 7 step combos with 7 intensity blasts. It is tough! When I first started, I could do the step combos with breaks but couldn't complete...
