My eating was really good yesterday.
This morning I got up and did Hiit Pyramid and AC Medicine Ball Abs!
Yesterday afternoon, I passed on snitching something out of the boys Halloween candy or anything similar and had an apple and a banana for my afternoon snack. I'd made black beans for lunch and made nachos with nutritional yeast cheeze and lots of lettuce. Then had a really big salad for supper.
