Monday, Monday...

Today I did 4 DS Upper Body. I'm already experiencing DOMS in my rear delts and pecs. Yowza!! But it feels great! I can't wait to do cardio tomorrow. I also did 100 swings this morning. I was very sore from yesterday's Gym Style Legs, but I'm trying to do 100 swings a day as long as I can swing it. (Gosh, that was an awful joke!)

Today I did Cathe's Gym Style Legs. I wore the 10 lb x-vest and couldn't believe how that added to the workout. I was just as sweaty as I would be after a cardio workout! After that, I did 100 swings and some pushups. I tried to do the pushup sequence from Cathe's Timesaver DVD, workout #1 - but I had to go to my knees when she gets to the third set. Grrr!! I WANT to do this series on my toes. I will keep at it. I then tried to do 30 consecutive pushups (as this is what Cathe does in STS),...

Okay, I'm behind on my blog entries! I wanted to do a blog entry every day this year, yet here it is the 3rd and this is my first entry! So I'll do a quick update on my previous days' workouts.
