Re: When I get tired

This morning I got up and I just didnt feel like working out. Well I wanted to work out but not anything taxing. What do I mean by taxing- well today was my pyramid upper body day but just the thought of getting all the weights out and setting up was just too taxing. Ok lets face it I was being lazy and didnt want to feel the pain
soooo instead I did yoga- I wish Cathe had yoga- then again no- she might add some weights to it and then it would be awfully hard. So I am in the middle of my yoga and thought darn it- should have done my upper body but then I thought I ran 10miles on Sunday- I'm tired- and when I get tired I chose yoga!

You do need to follow what your body is saying to you. Sounds like it was ASKING for yoga today!

Very true. Sometimes we get so obsessed with working out when we just need something nice and relaxing.
