Well so far so good I have been working out on the tread today. The tread has different programs so I did the weight loss walk today. I amped it up a little because I have only been up to 4.0 on some of the programs. I amped it up one full speed so that made me end up at 5.0 in intervals. Maybe I have not been pushing myself enough. I'll try to do the stability ball, try the step aerobics again and the weights. At least if I do each for 15 minutes I have burned a lot of calories, it makes for an interesting morning anyway.
