Not losing!

You know I figured that I would at least lose two lbs. Nada, zilch. I guess that's why the "Real" doctors put more emphasis on inches and not lbs but do you think you could get your body to just lose a few 10 maybe?

Hang in there. I've been doing personal training 3x a week for 2 months now and although my pants were fitting a little better and my bracelet was sliding down my arm farther I had not lost any weight.
I got serious about my eating and now I'm finally starting to lose some weight. So stick with it, hang tough, keep trying and the weight loss will come. |

Have to say it since your a Cathe fan your problem is probably not exercise...could be food! I know when I get serious about what I eat I lose the weight. Try writing down what you eat everyday and I mean every bite! Believe me it helps! Good Luck and what ever you do don't give up remember everyday is a new day!
