Inspiring!

I just want you guys to know that you inspired me Monday. I did not get it down right away but I did get on the tread and do a sequence for 40 minutes. I felt like I wasn't keeping my word if I didn't. So you inspired me
Tuesday I did another 45 minutes but it broke down like this I did a whole 11:53 seconds of step aerobics, (it seemed a lot longer
) another 10 minutes of the cool down and tone) and 10 to 15 minutes of one of my other dvd's. I saw Sharon Mann on the stability ball and also did a little of that so today I need to get on the tread for 45 minutes. Maybe I just need to lose a few more lbs. I am in better shape than I have ever been but I want that when I sit my stomach looks just as tight as when I stand, is that unreasonable. I know I am over 40 but do I have to be flabby?
