one request for prayers b/c it does work!!

we are awaiting final loan approval and appraisal for the home. i just need prayers that things will be fine and we get our closing papers soon. i am hoping the mortgage doesn't go up any higher b/c of taxes but it has to be meet appraisal(and if it doesn't that screws me royally with a VHDA/FHA loan).
there was a lot of issues with fighting upstairs last night that lasted nearly 5 hours. nobody from rental company did anything about the on pouring complaints last night and ppl are AFRAID to call the police on these ppl for fear of revenge. this is wrong wrong wrong and i just need out of here for my own mental health. between this and some issues with parents of scouts i had 3 severe panic attacks over the weekend. it has to end i don't care if i ever get a new cathe or amy or whatever workout dvd again for the next 20 years i just want out of this apartment situation.
plz,i hate to ask for a little crumb of help but prayer has been working so far so keep us in mind again! that we can be out of this in under 3 weeks! thanks so much for everyone's support!

My prayers are with you!! I was in this same situation years ago and now have my own house after 12 years in an apt. with horrid neighbors year after year. Fights, loud noise, all night parties, I had to get out and couldn't be happier, even with the property taxes!! Praying for you and wishing the best for you!! Sandy

Your in my thoughts Kassia...
I so understand what your going threw...Just hang in there...it will be over before you know it and you'll be in your new home away from the insanity and this will be a distant memory. I know it's hard...but I also know that you've been through so much and your a fighter...stay strong...it will pay off. |
