met with the agent today to get my copy of the contracts. she said the appraiser was out already so they are just banging out my income numbers. that had to get a W-2 from 2005(why they go back this far not sure but whatever). the agent told me to call the loan officer b/c there is a 15 YEAR TAX BREAK!!! WOAH!!! i have heard 5 even 10 years but half the time of the mortgage! even happier when they get the number from the city!

thanks for all the support. it was really bad last night, about the worse ever. sheriff cars have been circling our block since about 10 am(at least that is when i left and saw them).my mom was scared out of her wits and all she was doing was dropping off boxes.

we have considered going public somehow with the conditions. let them know somehow that rental properties are becoming unacceptable. this has to be worse then the one that found a meth lab in one of their townhomes.not sure what is wrong with ppl these days but i am so happy to get out! anybody want 2-3 bedroom homes they are doing some restoring to ones right next door 104,000 and under LOL. just thought i throw that there
