What a beautiful day!

Hello all,
What a gorgeous, sunny, warm day in Germany! This morning involved training 2 clients and then Vol 8 CC on the treadmill. Tough, but I did it! Then I lifted shoulders and traps. I'm wiped for the rest of the day.
Have to review a fatality for the Army next week. It's so sad. I just got a report about an instance of shaken baby syndrome as well. Not fun, but it's part of the job.
