Better days...

I spent yesterday making protein bars, meals for the week, training clients, and talking to my sister and brother. I'm still sore from running intervals on Friday and then doing the entire B&G DVD (105 minutes!) yesterday. It's all good. This morning I am going to do a Gay Gaspar step DVD and maybe lift back and abs. Last weekend I got certified by AFAA to teach step and kickboxing, but I strained my left forearm. So, lifting upper body has been a challenge. I may not lift for back. We'll...

So busy!

I've been extremely busy with clients--two in the morning before work and one after work. Plus, I have 3-5 clients on Saturday and Sunday. It's amazing that I fit the time in the day for my own workouts. Things are hectic, but doable if I don't watch TV. I've been doing a variation of Cathe's DVDs for a whole week. Two weeks ago it was all BodyMax 2 (a different premix every day). Last week it was High Step Challenge and this week it' will likely be KPC/Legs and Glutes. However, I just ordered some...

Wow! I'm still sticking with Body Max 2. I did the cardio time saver premix this morning and then headed to the gym to do legs before my client. Super fun!!! I think I'm still high from the endorphins. I also love training before breakfast as it's my favorite meal of the day--gets the appetite going.

I have to get to work. I'm totally addicted to this site! I know I'm not the only one so it feels good to know I'm not alone!

I want to do a short Cardio Coach (hmmmmmmmm.....miss Sean....yummy!), but I'm waffling this afternoon. Need motivation! Someone send me some vibes of encouragement.

Wednesdays ROCK!

This morning was so great! I did 30 minutes of Body Max (power circuits only) before I trained a client. Then I trained back with my hubby. Personal record on the pull ups--3 sets of 10 with my body weight. Yeah!! I'm happy that I'm still seeing the gains. Then I finished with back. One of the "buff" guys at the gym (they're all military since I live in Germany with the U.S. Army) paid me a nice compliment so that felt good. This afternoon, before my evening client I might do Vol 1...
