I spent yesterday making protein bars, meals for the week, training clients, and talking to my sister and brother. I'm still sore from running intervals on Friday and then doing the entire B&G DVD (105 minutes!) yesterday. It's all good. This morning I am going to do a Gay Gaspar step DVD and maybe lift back and abs. Last weekend I got certified by AFAA to teach step and kickboxing, but I strained my left forearm. So, lifting upper body has been a challenge. I may not lift for back. We'll see! I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!
