My week...

Ok so I could have eaten a little better and I could have worked out more. I completed some workouts on different days cause I missed some days of working out. Here is how my week looked as far as working out goes.

Monday: None
Tuesday: None
Wednesday: None
Thursday: None
Friday: Basic Step (8 inch step), Body Fusion (5 and 3 pound handweights), Ab Hits (6 minutes), Total Body Stretching (2nd stretch)
Saturday: Basic Step (6 inch step)...

Period

Amazing how much your period can throw off everything. Instead of 5 days working out last week I only worked out 4 days. I ate pretty healthy throughout the week. I am pretty proud of myself for last week. The weekend I started my period and it kind of threw everything off. It was really aggravating cause the LAST thing I wanted to do is eat something healthy. Aw well.

This week hasn't started out so well though. I'm still on my period. I couldn't even get out of bed before...

Day 3!

Well, today was kind of crazy. I wanted to get up in the morning to workout but I didn't get up to do it.
I had a really upset stomach today so I had to leave work early. I did NOT want to workout at all. But I worked out this evening cause I knew that if I didn't I would make it a trend. One day leads to another day which leads to another day and pretty soon you are not working out but maybe once a week if even that. I won't allow myself to do that. Not this time.

Another day down.

Ok Day 2 and going strong. Again, I stayed up way too late preparing for work last night so instead of getting up super early to workout I just worked out after work. I have to stop doing that though cause we aren't eating until 8pm and that's just too late.

Workout:
Body Fusion with 3 pounds hand weights

Meals:
M1: 2 mini cinnamon bagels, 1 cup mixed fruit (grapes-green/purple and blueberries) 1 cup coffee
M2: 1 6 pack of peanut butter wheat...

Getting started is always the hardest part!

Well today I did it. Today was Day #1. I am so proud of myself. I had to be at work at 0600 so I decided to work out this afternoon instead. So I ate healthy all day and then worked out when I got home. I am stinky and need a shower now!! haha

Workouts:
Basic Step
Ab hits #1
Total Body Stretching #1

Meals:
1: 1 cup vanilla yogurt, small handful of blueberries, small pour of kashi granola, 1 cup of mixed green and purple grapes....
