PT Test

So I took my PT test today. Scored a 92%, mainly in part because I only had to do push-ups, sit-ups, and AC. I didn't have to run. I did 22 push-ups, 36 sit-ups, and my waist measured at 29 inches. I weighed in at 126.5 at 65 inches.
I've got a goal now. I really want to get my 1.5 mile in 14 minutes. I want to get my push-ups to 25 and my sit-ups to 40; this will get me a 90%. I have 4 months to do this. Let us see how that will work. I would also like to see if I can clock my waist in at around 28 inches this time.
I already have my workout plan and my eating plan all figured out for next week. I am printing up my grocery list tomorrow and will go grocery shopping after work.
Alright, well I am going to go ahead and check my workout plan and make sure everything jives. I'll write more soon.

Hi Laura, Great job on getting 92% on your test. I have always struggled with pushups so i'm impressed with the number of them you can do. Good luck starting your exercise plan tomorrow! Have you been preparing getting yourself up early like you planned?

Thank you Elle. I actually was really worried about my push-ups because I had to do an 18 minimum or it was an automatic failure. I went grocery shopping today so I am prepared starting on Monday for my healthy eating. I actually got my husband to want to workout with me in the mornings so that will be a little help with getting up to workout in the mornings. I am actually pretty motivated to get this started so I really hope I can do it and stick with it. I haven't been getting up early like I had planned to prepare my body for getting up...hopefully I'll be able to get up early when it actually counts!
