Period

Amazing how much your period can throw off everything. Instead of 5 days working out last week I only worked out 4 days. I ate pretty healthy throughout the week. I am pretty proud of myself for last week. The weekend I started my period and it kind of threw everything off. It was really aggravating cause the LAST thing I wanted to do is eat something healthy. Aw well.

This week hasn't started out so well though. I'm still on my period. I couldn't even get out of bed before I HAD to because I was cramping so bad and very nauseas so I didn't workout in the morning and I just had no energy in the afternoon so I didn't workout on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I didn't workout today either. Bad Laura...bad bad Laura...

Hopefully tomorrow I am feeling better and will pick back up working out like I wanted to.

Hi Laura,
Don't be so hard on yourself. S#@% happens. Maybe when it's your TOM a more gentle workout like Stretching or yoga would help. Once you motivate yourself to do it, it actually makes you feel better.
