My week...

Ok so I could have eaten a little better and I could have worked out more. I completed some workouts on different days cause I missed some days of working out. Here is how my week looked as far as working out goes.
Monday: None
Tuesday: None
Wednesday: None
Thursday: None
Friday: Basic Step (8 inch step), Body Fusion (5 and 3 pound handweights), Ab Hits (6 minutes), Total Body Stretching (2nd stretch)
Saturday: Basic Step (6 inch step)
Sunday: Basic Step (8 inch step), Basic Step (8 inch step) (yes twice), Ab Hits (10 minutes), Total Body Stretching (1st Stretch)
I could have done better this week but I picked it up towards the end of the week.
Guess I'll try harder next week.
