Getting started is always the hardest part!

Well today I did it. Today was Day #1. I am so proud of myself. I had to be at work at 0600 so I decided to work out this afternoon instead. So I ate healthy all day and then worked out when I got home. I am stinky and need a shower now!! haha
Workouts:
Basic Step
Ab hits #1
Total Body Stretching #1
Meals:
1: 1 cup vanilla yogurt, small handful of blueberries, small pour of kashi granola, 1 cup of mixed green and purple grapes.
2: I had two cups of coffee with an extra shot in each (girly coffee's from coffee shop--gotta stop that).
3: Salad (lettuce, kidney beans, sunflower seeds, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, deli turkey, cucumbers)
4: Small bowl of black bean chili, 3 croissants, cucumbers and carrots
Prenatal Vitamin & Acai
5: I will eat two small dark chocolate dove chocolates with almonds
I did not drink hardly any water today at all.
Goals to work on tomorrow:
No coffee shop coffee (make my own coffee).
Drink 1 gallon of water.
