Day 3!
Well, today was kind of crazy. I wanted to get up in the morning to workout but I didn't get up to do it.
I had a really upset stomach today so I had to leave work early. I did NOT want to workout at all. But I worked out this evening cause I knew that if I didn't I would make it a trend. One day leads to another day which leads to another day and pretty soon you are not working out but maybe once a week if even that. I won't allow myself to do that. Not this time.
You know, I do have to say though, I am really proud of myself for working out today even when I just didn't feel like it. I really didn't.
Workouts:
Basic Step (moved it from a 6in to 8 in step)...woo hoo!
Ab Hits (7 minutes)
Total Body Stretching on ball #1
Meals:
1: 2 small cinnamon raisin bagels and 1 cup mixed fruit (strawberries and green/purple grapes) I had a coffee shop coffee today. Someone brought me one so I couldn't turn it down. However; I did not drink a red bull
2: Salad (spinach, lettuce, kidney beans, banana peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded carrots) and half of a can of chicken noodle soup
3: I was supposed to eat some carrots and hummus but I ate one carrot and my stomach was so upset so I didn't eat this meal
4: Tuna sandwich on wheat bread (tuna, egg, pickles, spinach, tomato)
My goal of drinking 1 gallon of water did not happen. I drank maybe 50oz (and 30 of those oz were during my workout!...I'm sure I'll drink another 16oz before I head to bed though. I'll have to push myself to drink more water tomorrow.
I actually bought a new Coffee Maker today because the one I had crapped out on me so that's why I've been giving in and getting a coffee from the coffee shop. I am so excited to try out my new coffee maker tomorrow morning (it has a coffee bean grinder built right into it! woo hoo!)
I'm sure I won't work out tomorrow morning. I'll probably workout in the afternoon, but that's fine cause I'm actually liking working out at night before bed. It makes me nice and exhausted!
Just think...come Friday I will have worked out and done every workout I had planned for the week. That will be a first for me. Baby steps...baby steps...
