**The first step to getting started**

Well, I did the first step to getting started on the healthier eating plan. I laid the plan out and then I put it on a calendar and then I went grocery shopping. Thing that sucks is it costed $240.00. I hate that eating healthier always costs more money. I hate it I hate it I hate it. So, the refrigerator is jam packed with all sorts of veggies and fruits and the freezer is jam packed with all sorts of chicken, shrimp, and fish. 
We went grocery shopping today and tomorrow we are going to spend all day at the beach. That is going to be so nice. It'll be a nice relaxing day for us to get ready for the week. I am trying to get the house cleaned up and the laundry done today so tomorrow all I really have to do is focus on relaxing. Won't that be so nice?
Monday is the first day of working out and eating healthy. I am pretty excited about it actually. I guess when I put clothes on and I can't really wear shirts that don't bag around my stomach....and my stomach is a definite pooch there...it gets me kind of self conscious. I hate it. I also want my legs tightened up and get rid of the dimpling of the skin.
I am going to start out with a really easy two week 'get back into the groove of things' workout plan. I have it all put on the cathe workout manager calendar and my food and eating plan is all written out on a weekly calendar. I will print that out and start a binder. I'm excited to stick with this and I hope the binder gets FAT because I stick with it for good!
Alright, time to get my second week's eating plan together so I can go grocery shopping next Friday. I won't have time to get the eating plan together during the week I'm sure.
